I own the telehealth platform, the QME (Qualified Medical Evaluator) personal injury and workers' compensation flows, and the marketing surfaces that convert. Translating high-level product requirements into scalable Next.js architecture, writing rigorous functional tests, and conducting heuristic evaluations that catch logic gaps before they ship.

Engineered a multi-tenant frontend for a National Electronic Procurement System, now live as the procurement infrastructure for the governments of Malawi and Sierra Leone. Built in partnership with the World Bank.

Implemented client-side asymmetric encryption to secure transmission of sensitive bid data and guarantee data isolation across tenants. Worked inside containerized environments with CI/CD pipelines, optimized rendering performance, and mentored incoming interns on testing, QA, and engineering standards.
